Paul Black, 2007. TB, plicata. Ruffled. Blooms late midseason. Standards light buff washed medium purple; Falls buff, wide purple plicata band, dotted and sanded inside band, sanded line down center. Beards white, tipped burnt orange. Ht approx. 40". Honorable Mention 2009.
