Refund policy

There is a 10% restocking fee for orders cancelled.

Upon receiving your irises, please inspect them carefully. If you are unhappy with them for any reason, you have 5 days to contact us for exchange or refund. We cannot be responsible for too much rainfall, drought conditions, flood conditions, freezing temperatures, heat waves, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, mudslides, tsunamis, volcano eruptions, soil conditions, inappropriate planting methods, inappropriate watering methods, inappropriate use, misuse and disuse of chemicals, or animal destruction (both domestic and non-domestic). Sadly, we really did have to include this.
