Tom Burseen, 2016.  TB; ht approx 35"; blooms early to midseason.  Standards pale wisteria blue, edges washed violet-blue, darker at base; falls pale lobelia blue, edges washed hyacinth blue; beards red in throat, light yellow in middle, ends pale blue; ruffled; pronounced sweet fragrance.
